My name is John, the spinal printer.

I started my journey in 3D printing in 2016. I started Anet a6 together with my son.

After that, I bought a Creality CR-10 Mini, and then I stepped over to a Creality Ender 3 V3 KE.

These printers were the start of my 3D printing journey, and then came along Bambu Lab with their printers, a game-changer, especially for someone with a disability. Automatic bed levelling and for the first time being able to print with four different colours are for of the same colour, so you don’t have to keep changing the filament. In the past, I struggled with bed levelling and often asked my son to level the bed for me. It brought a new level of enthusiasm to printing for me. So it shows that if you have the right equipment, you can solve a large number of problems.

I started with the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 mimi and now have the P1S printers, which I love.

At the moment, my son is building a 3D printing business, and I’m helping him as much as I can.

I have clocked over 1700 hours on my Bambu Lab A1 and 18:00 hours on my Bambu Lab P1S. My son is using my Bambu Lab A1 mini at the moment; he also has a Bambu Lab A1 and other printers.
